- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together ½ cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
