- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them into ½-inch rounds.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Stir in dark brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the sweet potato slices and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
