Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer, sprinkle half of the salt evenly over them.
  4. Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then flip them, sprinkle remaining salt, and bake for another 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze by combining water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, curry powder, and lime juice in a skillet over medium-high heat until it thickens.
  6. Once baked, toss the wings in the thickened sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve the wings garnished with sesame seeds, green onions, and red chilies.
