Step-by-Step Instructions for Pumpkin Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin purée, then fold this into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
  6. Carefully pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
