- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray 9 muffin cups with cooking spray.
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
 - Combine the softened cream cheese with egg, olive oil, and dried dill until smooth.
 - In a separate bowl, mix fresh spinach, crumbled feta, and crispy bacon bits until evenly combined.
 - Pour in the cream cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
 - Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 9 equal squares.
 - Line each muffin cup with a square of pastry, stretching the corners to fit.
