Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend dates until they form a sticky 'date ball' in your food processor.
  2. Combine rolled oats, tahini, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt with blended dates.
  3. Adjust texture by adding oats or tahini until mixture is moldable.
  4. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and tahini together for an optional topping.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and optionally coat them in hemp seeds or drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Chill the formed bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
