  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar for filling
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar for topping

  • 1 cup Flour all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
For the Icing
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar sifted

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm 1 cup of milk to 110°F, then sprinkle 1 packet of active dry yeast on top and let it bloom for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
  3. Add the bloomed yeast mixture along with 2 room-temperature eggs and 10 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter.
  4. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
  6. Prepare the peach jam by cooking 2 cups of chopped peaches, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  7. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 cup of flour.
  9. Pour in 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter and mix until crumbly.
  10. Spread the dough with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and layer on the cooled peach jam.
  11. Add half of your crumb topping, roll tightly into a log, and slice into 12 rolls.
  12. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  13. Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 23-26 minutes until golden brown.
  14. Make the icing by blending together cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  15. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls.
