Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread melted chocolate on one side of a Golden Graham, top with a mini marshmallow, and add more chocolate before stacking.
  4. Alternatively, stack two Golden Grahams around a mini marshmallow and insert a chocolate chip to secure.
  5. Bake the assembled bites on the baking sheet for about 3-5 minutes until marshmallows puff and turn golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
