  3. Cook the Honey Chipotle Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, chipotle peppers, and ketchup over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Grill the Chicken Thighs: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Coat Chicken in Sauce: Toss grilled chicken in the warm honey chipotle sauce until evenly coated.
