- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and thread onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers, spacing them apart for even cooking.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Cook skewers on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side until chicken is opaque. For baking, cook for 20 minutes, brushing with sauce during the last 5 minutes, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving with extra honey garlic sauce on the side.
