  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Use arrowroot powder as a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Water Chicken broth for richer flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and thread onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers, spacing them apart for even cooking.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook skewers on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side until chicken is opaque. For baking, cook for 20 minutes, brushing with sauce during the last 5 minutes, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving with extra honey garlic sauce on the side.
