Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until bubbling (3-5 minutes).
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt on top to enhance flavors.
  8. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then break into pieces to serve.
