Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon, stirring well until evenly mixed. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 packages (8 oz each) of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Unroll one can of Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls and press the seams together to form a single sheet. Place it into the prepared pan.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough base.
  6. Unroll the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese filling, pressing down the edges to seal.
