- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat and add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley flakes, fine sea salt, black pepper, and optional smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, mix in finely grated Parmesan and sharp cheddar until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesy mixture over Ritz Bits crackers in a large bowl and gently toss to coat.
