Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat and add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley flakes, fine sea salt, black pepper, and optional smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat, mix in finely grated Parmesan and sharp cheddar until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cheesy mixture over Ritz Bits crackers in a large bowl and gently toss to coat.
  5. Spread coated Ritz Bits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway until lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-5 days.
