Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Light or dark
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Flaky sea salt for topping

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the oyster crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the oyster crackers and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes, watching closely for bubbling without burning.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely for about 15 minutes before breaking into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container, keeping parchment paper between layers for freshness.
