- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the brioche into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the sliced peaches into the brioche cubes, then pour the custard mixture over and mix without overmixing.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Prepare the crumble topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then add cold butter until crumbly.
- Spread the crumble topping over the mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown on top and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
