Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the brioche into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the sliced peaches into the brioche cubes, then pour the custard mixture over and mix without overmixing.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Prepare the crumble topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then add cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Spread the crumble topping over the mixture in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown on top and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
