Cooking Instructions

  5. Stir in dried oregano, dried thyme, and optional crushed red pepper flakes for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and can of diced tomatoes; bring to a gentle boil.
  7. Add fresh cheese tortellini and simmer for 3–5 minutes until tender.
  8. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
  10. Ladle into bowls and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese, serve hot.
