  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Combine tahini, lemon juice, and a splash of water in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  6. Assemble the bowl with a layer of warm brown rice, topped with sautéed chicken and roasted sweet potatoes. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
