Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for approximately 400°F.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1½-inch thick wedges.
  3. Drizzle the sweet potato wedges with olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt over them.
  4. Place the seasoned sweet potatoes directly on the preheated grill, cut side down.
  5. Grill for about 8 minutes, then turn each wedge every 2-3 minutes.
  6. While the sweet potatoes are grilling, prepare the herby yogurt dressing in a blender.
  7. Once the sweet potatoes are charred and tender, remove them from the grill.
  8. Drizzle the herby yogurt dressing over the grilled sweet potatoes and serve.
