Basic Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1½-inch thick wedges.
- Drizzle the wedges with olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt over them. Toss to evenly coat.
