Method
 

Basic Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1½-inch thick wedges.
  3. Drizzle the wedges with olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt over them. Toss to evenly coat.
  4. Place sweet potatoes cut side down on the grill and grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, green onions, dill, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
  6. Remove grilled sweet potatoes, arrange on a platter, drizzle with dip, and enjoy!
