Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Wash and dry the nectarines, cut them in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into quarters. Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place the oiled nectarines on the grill grates and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice and zest, white wine vinegar, and chopped fresh herbs. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
- In a serving bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, and cherries. Pour the vinaigrette over and toss gently.
- Place the grilled nectarines on top, tear burrata cheese over the salad, and add prosciutto. Garnish with herbs and black pepper.
- Serve immediately, optionally with grilled baguette slices.
