Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers with space between for even cooking.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Whisk in honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, then simmer.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add it to the saucepan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook skewers on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, brushing with sauce halfway through.
  6. Allow skewers to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve drizzled with extra honey garlic sauce.
