Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers with space between for even cooking.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Whisk in honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, then simmer.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add it to the saucepan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Cook skewers on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, brushing with sauce halfway through.
- Allow skewers to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve drizzled with extra honey garlic sauce.
