Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 16 even pieces. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toast in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef for about 5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and stir. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Slice the rested beef thinly. Assemble crostini with a slice of beef, drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
