Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the radishes under cool running water. Slice them into even pieces about 1/8” thick and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the bowl with the sliced radishes, add a generous pinch of salt.
  3. Gently massage the radish slices for about 1-2 minutes until softened.
  4. Drizzle in the olive oil and sprinkle the Parmesan over the top, toss gently.
  5. Add fresh dill by tearing into smaller pieces and sprinkle into the bowl, toss again.
  6. Plate the salad evenly, adding extra lemon zest, Parmesan, and a crack of black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
