Preparation Steps
- Wash radishes under cold water and slice them evenly into rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the radish slices, sprinkle with salt, and massage for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the massaged radishes and add grated Parmesan and dill. Toss gently.
- Arrange radish slices on a plate in an appealing manner.
- Grate extra lemon zest over the salad, add another sprinkle of Parmesan and black pepper, and serve immediately.
