  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For topping

  • 6 cups Marinara Sauce Homemade recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Layer marinara sauce in a large baking dish, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella.
  5. Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes and place them atop the lasagna, using sliced black olives for eyes.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
