- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Layer marinara sauce in a large baking dish, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella.
- Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes and place them atop the lasagna, using sliced black olives for eyes.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
