Ingredients

Dough Ingredients
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour Can substitute with a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend for a gluten-free version.
  • 2 packets Instant Yeast Active dry yeast can be used, but remember to proof it first.
  • 1 tablespoon Salt Avoid over-salting to maintain the perfect balance in taste.
  • 1.75 cups Warm Water Ensure it's around 110°F; too hot can kill the yeast.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Omit if you prefer a less sweet bread.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Feel free to substitute with melted butter or another oil if preferred.
Topping Ingredients
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced) Garlic powder can be used if fresh garlic is unavailable.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated) You can replace Parmesan with other hard cheeses like Pecorino if desired.
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt Coarse salt can be used if flaky isn’t available.
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Italian Herbs or Chopped Rosemary Omit if you prefer a simpler taste.

Prepare Garlic Oil
  1. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and minced garlic over low heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove and let cool.
Second Rise

Add Toppings and Bake
