For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce Homemade can enhance flavor
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Use freshly shredded for best results
For the Sandwich
  • 6 slices Bacon Can substitute with turkey bacon
  • 4 buns Brioche Buns Whole wheat or gluten-free options available
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For toasting buns
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and seasoning them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange the bacon strips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to low, pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken, stir, and sprinkle freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  5. Spread butter on the inside of brioche buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Assemble by placing the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun, topping with crispy bacon and fresh parsley. Add the top half of the buns and serve warm.
