- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted; let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a disc about ¼-inch thick using hands or a rolling pin.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each disc, fold over and seal edges tightly.
- Arrange bombs seam-side down on the lined baking sheet with space in between.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic and chopped parsley; brush over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the bombs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool briefly, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
