  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Use Pecorino Romano as a substitute if desired.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted; let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a disc about ¼-inch thick using hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Scoop about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each disc, fold over and seal edges tightly.
  6. Arrange bombs seam-side down on the lined baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic and chopped parsley; brush over the tops of each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the bombs.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool briefly, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
