- Boil a large pot of salted water, add frozen tortellini, and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse.

- Combine the dressing, tortellini, bacon, Parmesan, red onion, and pepperoncini in the bowl. Toss gently.
