- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- In a frying pan, cook 100 grams of diced bacon until it is crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine 150 grams of sifted self-raising flour and 200 grams of Greek yogurt. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll each into a ball. Place them on the baking sheet, ensuring they touch slightly.
- Distribute the crispy bacon evenly on top of each dough ball, followed by sprinkling on the grated cheese, pressing slightly into the dough.
