  • 4 cups Rice or Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (Cucumber, Carrot, Radish)
  • 1/4 cup Water just a splash at the end

Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Firecracker Beef
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat. Add beef mince, sear for 2.5 minutes without stirring, then break apart until cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan, stir and cook for 1 minute until garlic is golden brown.
  4. Pour the Firecracker sauce into the pan and stir to coat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.
  5. Add water to the pan, stir and let simmer for an additional minute until desired consistency is achieved.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
