  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the rolled balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled whiskey ball into the melted chocolate to coat, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has set.
