  • 6 cups Puffed Rice Cereal use gluten-free if necessary
  • 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows or marshmallow fluff for a silkier texture
For the Coat
  • 12 ounces White Chocolate or dark/milk chocolate for a twist
For Decoration
  • 1 cup Holiday Sprinkles or edible glitter/colored sugar

Method
 

Directions
  1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring until bubbling and smooth.
  2. Fold in puffed rice cereal until evenly coated, then allow mixture to cool slightly.
  3. Moisten hands and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate, then dip each ball, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Sprinkle holiday decorations over the wet chocolate.
  6. Transfer to a tray to set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
