- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, mustard, hot sauce, and any desired seasonings. Use a spatula to fold carefully.
 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab mixture for about 30 minutes.
 - Once chilled, use your hands to scoop out portions and roll into balls or shape into patties.
 - Decide whether to bake or fry the crab bombs. If baking, preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for 15 minutes.
 - Allow the crab bombs to cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm with dipping sauces.
