Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull about 1 cup of ripe fresh strawberries. Place them in a food processor and add 1–2 tablespoons of honey. Blend until you achieve a smooth purée, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry purée with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Gently fold together until fully blended, about 1 minute.
  3. Fill a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the strawberry-yogurt mixture. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pipe small dollops of the mixture onto the lined sheet pan, aiming for about 1-inch in diameter, and space them out evenly.
  5. Place the sheet pan into the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to set for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Once frozen and firm, enjoy immediately or transfer to a sealed container, layered with parchment, for storage.
