- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Stir and break apart until well browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat, then mix in spaghetti sauce and ¼ cup of mozzarella. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Layer 2 wonton wrappers in each muffin tin slot. Spoon in 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, followed by 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture. Top with another spoonful of meat and sprinkle remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until wonton wrappers are golden brown and cheese is melted.
