Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for 15 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the chilled mixture, press fillings into each scoop, and roll into truffle balls.
  4. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles until coated evenly.
  5. Chill the coated truffles for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
