  2. Remove the fries and let cool slightly. Spread a layer of fries back onto the baking sheet, overlapping slightly.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded corned beef over the fries. Spoon dollops of sauerkraut on top.
  4. Sprinkle Emmental cheese over the toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
