  1. Blend the ripe honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk in your blender on high speed for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top. Tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, until completely solid.
  4. Once frozen, gently run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the bars.
