Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Melona Bars
- Blend the ripe honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk in your blender on high speed for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top. Tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, until completely solid.
- Once frozen, gently run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the bars.
