  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 0.33 cups Apple Cider or Juice reduce for thicker glaze
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider or Juice

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Apple Fritter Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, stirring until smooth. Whisk in egg, vanilla, and applesauce until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Scoop portions of the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and puffed. Prepare apple cider glaze while baking.
  7. Whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider until smooth.
  8. Brush glaze over warm fritters and return to broil for 2-4 minutes until caramelized.
