For the Cookies
  • 1 package Refrigerated Cookie Dough Chocolate chip is ideal
  • 1 cup Round Chocolate Candies Lindt Lindor truffles are recommended
For Decoration
  • 1 cup Candy Eyeballs Easily found in the baking aisle
  • 4 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Melted for decoration

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop portions of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.
  4. Remove from oven and create an indent in the center of each cookie while warm.
  5. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Melt baker's semi-sweet chocolate in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Fill each cookie's indent with melted chocolate and press a round chocolate candy into it.
  8. Use melted chocolate to add small dots for candy eyeballs and hold in place briefly.
  9. Pipe chocolate legs extending from the candy body onto each cookie.

Notes
