  3. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard (if using), minced garlic, olive oil, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's generously coated.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken, mix cornstarch with water, stir into the sauce, and cook on HIGH for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the sauce, ensuring it's thoroughly glazed.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
