Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs. Form into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook meatballs until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last few minutes.
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli, reserving a cup of pasta water. Return them to the pot and toss with meatballs and pesto.
  5. Mix in mozzarella pearls off the heat until melted and creamy. Serve warm.
