- Sift together flour and baking powder into a bowl and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar for about 2 minutes until pale and foamy.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients in three parts into the egg mixture.
- Add salt, vegetable oil, milk, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix gently.
- Fold in melted butter until well combined, batter should be thin.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and prepare the pan with canola spray.
- Transfer chilled batter to a piping bag and pipe into molds.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, unmold, and dust with icing sugar before serving.
