Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by finely chopping the salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes into small, uniform pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped ingredients from step 1 into the creamy mixture until evenly distributed.
  4. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on your countertop and scoop the cheese mixture onto the center. Shape it into a log form and wrap tightly.
  5. Place the wrapped log in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. After chilling, remove the log from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley for garnish if desired.
