- Prepare Colouring Bath: Mix 1 teaspoon of food coloring in bowls with 700 ml water and 1 tablespoon vinegar each. Stir until vibrant.
- Stain Eggs: Crack cooled eggshells gently, submerge in dye baths for at least 3 hours for deep saturation. Turn eggs every hour.
- Make Filling: Peel eggs, slice in half, and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, red pepper, and tarragon until smooth.
- Assemble: Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon. Sprinkle paprika on top and add garnish.
