Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
