  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Substitute with green olives if desired
  • 1 medium Roma Tomato Any ripe tomato can be used
  • 1 cup Croutons Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Substitute with banana peppers if unavailable
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion Thinly sliced; can be omitted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Dressing Homemade Italian dressing can be used if preferred

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the garden salad mix, black olives, and sliced Roma tomatoes. Ensure the tomatoes are ripe and juicy.
  2. Add croutons and pepperoncini along with thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss the ingredients together.
  3. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture, followed by seasoning with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle the Olive Garden dressing across the top and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  5. Immediately serve the salad onto individual plates, including a mix of all components.
