For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt Use as a creamy base
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Optional for taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Optional, skip for vegetarian
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste

Method
 

Directions
  1. Wash the romaine lettuce leaves under cold running water, then shake off excess water or use a salad spinner to dry.
  2. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce (if using), salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Transfer dressing into small bottles for easy serving.
  5. Layer chopped romaine lettuce at the bottom of mini cups, add croutons, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and any optional proteins.
  6. Arrange cups on a platter, pairing each with a bottle of dressing for guests.
