Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, cook seasoned chicken breast for 6–8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Dice into pieces.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and crumbled bacon in a large bowl. Toss with dressing.
  5. Serve immediately in individual bowls, optionally topping with avocado or crumbled cheese.
